Profile:

 

·          Accomplished, pro-active, operationally oriented financial executive with a verifiable track record of success as a chief financial executive a retail company. Experience in a growth-oriented corporation. 

 

·          Must be a confident leader with and a role model for business and standard operating practices.

 

·           Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis, treasury and accounting practices/compliance.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

·           Provide strategic and tactical thinking, as well as broad business insight. Takes a leadership role in developing the financial strategy to support the long-term growth of the business while continuing to drive operating efficiencies.

 

·          ·          

 

·          Monitor corporate policies and guidelines for accounting and control to assure accurate, thorough and  timely financial reporting.

 

·          Interact with the company’s Board of Directors and audit committee.

 

·           Support senior management team with improved ongoing analytical and financial management support.

 

·          Develop and maintain a relationship with financial analysts, Private Equity firm and the financial community in general.

 

·           Provide the executive management with timely and accurate information that is designed and presented in a usable and understandable format to effectively support operating initiatives and strategic alternatives. Scenario identification of financial risks and opportunities and recommendations for executive management.

 

·           Oversee and perform the treasury function of the company including investment of the company’s  .

 

 

·          Member of the executive management team.

 

 

Required Qualifications:

          

·           BS/BA, Economics or Accounting, MBA, Finance or  related field. (CPA a plus)

·           8+ years experience in retail

·           3 – 5 years in CFO role.

 

·          Private Equity experience a plus.
