High-Rise Condominium Association Manager


Las Vegas, Nevada


 


Primary Responsibility:  On site general management for a new luxury 670-unit, twin-tower, high-rise condominium development in Las Vegas, commencing December 2009. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of building management, advising the homeowners association Board of Directors in making responsible business decisions, managing vendors and supervising staff. The staff will include an associate, an assistant, concierge staff, and engineering / maintenance staff.


 


Qualifications:


 



  • Extensive previous luxury high-rise building management experience

  • Minimum 4 years Community Association Management Experience; PCAM, CCAM preferred;

  • Nevada CAM license required within first six months of employment if not currently licensed in Nevada
